Hey! It's Friday. I can't say that I'm not craving something other than juice. I have a hunkering for anything like cashews, peanut butter, fish or chicken. I'm not necessarily longing for sugary sweets (my sweet juices satisfy that craving), and I don't really miss wine right now. I do, however, want something solid and crunchy. It might be the desire for more protein.
I made this video yesterday with mom in my kitchen. I look horrible!! I'll hope to see some changes in the next 60 days.
