Day 2
Day 3 - I have to post 2 and 3 tonight. I am feeling pretty good. I've had a few moments of lightness and edgy crankiness. It's usually been when I haven't had anything, juice or water, for abut 3-4 hours. I've been consuming a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snack juices - 5 "meals" - maintaining diversity in the mix - some savory and some sweet, some tart. It's good.
Breakfast: 1 beet, 2 carrots, 2 oranges
Snack: coconut water with lemon, ginger and white grapes
Lunch: spicy V8 - carrots, tomato, celery, scallions, peppers, cucumber, spinach or kale with jalapeno, dill and parsley for added zing!
Snack: apple, kale, celery, cucumber, ginger
Dinner: same as lunch.
