Wow! 8 months!
I'm demoralized. How did I get here? What can I do to get my life back? I have to do SOME THING DIFFERENT.
Truly awful. I lost my resolve and I got fatter and fatter. Now I'm 204 pounds. I want to cry!

Day 7:
I'm off to a potluck, but I'm bringing juice!! Last night I was at a snack event, but had my juice too. It's tough - but I have "cheated" a little by adding some nuts and cucumber slices with balsamic vinegar. I just need something crunchy. It's weird.
I actually talked to Charles Bruno last night! It was fantastic! What an inspiring and caring guy. He's truly the reason why i was able to get started on this.

Juicing 101 with Laura
Hey! It's Friday. I can't say that I'm not craving something other than juice. I have a hunkering for anything like cashews, peanut butter, fish or chicken. I'm not necessarily longing for sugary sweets (my sweet juices satisfy that craving), and I don't really miss wine right now. I do, however, want something solid and crunchy. It might be the desire for more protein.
I made this video yesterday with mom in my kitchen. I look horrible!! I'll hope to see some changes in the next 60 days.

Day 2
Day 3 - I have to post 2 and 3 tonight. I am feeling pretty good. I've had a few moments of lightness and edgy crankiness. It's usually been when I haven't had anything, juice or water, for abut 3-4 hours. I've been consuming a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snack juices - 5 "meals" - maintaining diversity in the mix - some savory and some sweet, some tart. It's good.
Breakfast: 1 beet, 2 carrots, 2 oranges
Snack: coconut water with lemon, ginger and white grapes
Lunch: spicy V8 - carrots, tomato, celery, scallions, peppers, cucumber, spinach or kale with jalapeno, dill and parsley for added zing!
Snack: apple, kale, celery, cucumber, ginger
Dinner: same as lunch.
